Our Return and Refund policy consists of:

• Purchaser must first email customer service, informing us of the reason for the return request.
• All items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The item cannot have been used and needs to include the original packaging.
• Contact details must be included with the return item.
• Customer pays for return shipping.
• Customer will be refunded total amount of the item returned once we receive the new/nonbroken item and in its original packaging.
